Blair W. Williams is founder and President of WiRED Properties and a Partner in WiRED Construction. Blair is a native Milwaukeean. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin – Madison with a B.A., J.D., M.B.A. and an M.S. in Real Estate and Urban Land Use Economics, Blair is a dedicated Badger. After graduating from UW, Blair moved to Dallas, Texas with his wife and spent two years cultivating his passion for real estate. Dallas, a city with many charms, lacked a certain dynamism Milwaukee offers. In 2000, Blair and his wife moved back to Milwaukee, where Blair joined the award-winning real estate development firm Mandel Group, Inc. where he served as Vice President of Development.

Elan G. Peltz is founding partner and co-President, along with Blair Williams, of WiRED Ventures, LLC. which they established to develop boutique high quality residential and retail concepts. Elan earned a B.A. and a J.D. at Washington University in St. Louis and a M.A. in Public Policy from the University of Chicago. Elan is a native Milwaukeean, but has resided in Chicago since 1991. He has over 10 years of dynamic professional experience in business, public policy and real estate.

Elan believes that the next 10 years will offer outstanding growth opportunities for gem middle markets such as Milwaukee. He takes seriously the challenge of integrating older neighborhoods with inspirational high design projects.

Mark R. Peters is principal and founder of Studio Dwell Architects. With over 20 years experience, Mr. Peters believes in maintaining quality design and focus for every project. The firm gives emphasis to the exploration of materials, both common and innovative in order to create unique spaces with unique experiences. Projects range from single-family residences to high-rise buildings located within Chicago and abroad internationally.

Studio Dwell Architects believes in the quality of space created with simple forms and light, to encourage people to experience architecture, not just walk within it.
